Petite Party Platter
sliced pita bread (I used store bought)
slice papaya (or fruit of choice)
wasabi peas (or nuts of choice)
Method for Petite Party Platter
Place all items in bowls and on a platter and serve.
1 15oz can of chickpeas (drain and rinse)
1/4 cup tahini paste
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup water
3 Tbsp fresh squeezed lemon juice
1 clove garlic
1 Tsp salt or to taste
Method for Easy Hummus
Place all ingredients in a food processor or blender, process until smooth.
*Optional: Sprinkle cayenne pepper, drizzle with olive oil, garnish with lemon
