Spice Peach Preserves
6 ripe peaches, peeled cored and sliced
2 Tbsp brown sugar or agave syrup
1 Tsp ground cinnamon
1 Tsp ground cardamom
1 Tsp ground ginger
1 Tsp ground nutmeg
1/4 Tsp salt

Method
In a pan on medium heat, add all ingredients bring to a slow simmer until peaches are fork tender
and the peaches release a thick syrup, about 10 – 15 minutes. Remove from heat and cool.
Store preserves in a jar with a tight lid, store in fridge for two weeks. Enjoy on oatmeal, toast,
waffles, pancakes, yogurt, in parfaits etc.
