Spice Puddin’ Oatmeal
1 cup steel-cut oats
1 cup milk of choice
1 1/2 cups water
1 Tsp vanilla
1/4 Tsp ground cinnamon
1/4 Tsp ground nutmeg
1/4 Tsp ground cardamom
1/4 Tsp ground ginger
3 Tbsp honey or agave syrup (sweetener of choice)
Toppings: coconut flakes, pumpkin seeds, chopped pecans

Method
Combine steel-cut oats, water, ground cinnamon, ground cardamom, ground ginger in a saucepan.
Bring to a boil, then reduce flame to a low simmer. Simmer for ten minutes, stir occasionally until oats are soft.
Add milk of choice, vanilla, ground nutmeg and honey or agave syrup, simmer for another five minutes.
Remove from heat, serve with toppings. Oatmeal can be made, completely cooled and stored in fridge for one week.
